Richard has a BSc and PhD in Astrophysics, and an MSc in Energy Systems and Environment Management from Glasgow Caledonian University. Before joining Friends of the Earth Scotland, he led WWF Scotland for 7 years, working on energy, climate, transport and consumption issues. Prior to this he worked for Community Service Volunteers and Strathclyde Regional Council, and was previously Head of Research at Friends of the Earth Scotland.
Omolara is the Managing Partner of TruPact, a consulting firm focused on Social Impact Assessment. Prior to starting TruPact, Omolara was involved in the implementation and evaluation of projects and policies in Europe and sub-Saharan Africa. She has helped organizations develop contextual strategies for evaluating and managing both long-term and short-term impacts.
Omolara is passionate about bottom-up impact evaluation and management. She has worked with a number of organizations within the commercial and development sectors to develop strategies for effectively identifying and sustaining their contributions to broader positive social value.
Martin Houghton-Brown is the Chief Executive of St John Ambulance. Martin has previously held leadership roles at The Children’s Society, Missing People and Depaul UK, where he was CEO, as well as the chairing the National Council of YMCAs in England and Wales.
Ross is the Director of Fundraising and Communications at Missing People and has responsibility for Missing People's income and awareness across a wide range of fundraising activities. Celebrating 10 years at Missing People, Ross leads a hugely successful team whose awards include: Grand Prix, non-FTSE 100 companies at CorpComms Awards alongside finalist nominations for Best Annual Review and Use of Digital at ThirdSector Awards. Ross is a Trustee of the Postcode Heroes Trust and a member of the FRSB Advisory Board for small-medium charities.
